Our healthy farmer cuisine serves German home cooking and Namibian specialties, much from the farm and own vegetable and fruit growing.
On request, there is a cold or hot buffet. Gladly depending on the season suckling pig or lamb on a spit. And of course delicious game meat fondue's, as well as fish specialties from the Atlantic.
Without exception, sausages and meat products originate from our own production, thanks to our cattle, goat and sheep breeding. We also cultivate a little bit of arable land and depending on the season there are plenty of vegetables and fruits.
For our vegetarian guests we offer healthy and tasty salads and vegetable platters.
